a One-day registrants are eligible for the Sunday Evening Reception if they are registered for Sunday.
b "Exhibitor" means the 1 primary registrant, NOT the 4 exhibitor staff who can man the exhibition booth (those individuals have no meeting privileges).

Cancellations
Cancellation of registration and request for refund must be made IN WRITING, subject to these considerations:- Registration fee refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, for cancellations received by 20 October 2008, will be made after the meeting.
- No refunds will be made for any reason for cancellations received after 20 October 2008.
