Academic Displays

Space for academic displays will be made available again this year at the SETAC North America 29th Annual Meeting.  Space will be limited to a 4 x 8-foot poster board with a 6-foot table in front of it.  PLEASE: No job opportunities are to be posted or discussed; the CareerCenter postings (http://www.setac.org/htdocs/careercenter.html) are available for that.

Set-up time will be Sunday, 16 November 2008, starting at 9:00 am and should be completed by 5:00 pm that day. You must have all materials removed from the area by 7:00 pm, Thursday, 20 November, or it will be recycled. Please note that we cannot be responsible for setup and removal of displays so you or your designee must be a registered meeting attendee.
